Introduce Ticketing System

HelpJam Inbox is built around real-time conversations. Our vision for the new ticketing system includes allowing users to track individual tickets with statuses such as Open, In Progress, and Completed.

Additionally, we’re exploring the idea of extending Conversations to include custom statuses, effectively blending Conversations with Tickets. This approach could be promising if we’re confident in delivering a seamless UX.
