Introducing AI Chatbot Agents: Our AI Chatbot now includes agents functionality, starting with the handoff agent. This feature detects user intent and seamlessly transfers conversations to a human support agent when needed — users can simply type their request to initiate a handoff. Archive Conversations in Inbox: Added the ability to archive conversations directly from the Inbox.
